    Little update from us!

Just had the "offer call" to advise the official offer is in the post so now it's over to solicitors. EEK so excited. Our time line is as follows:

    07/9 AIP
    14/09 Full application
14/09 1 payslip and bank statement submitted
    25/09 Kitchen quote submitted
    26/09 Valuation
    27/09 Offer call
    27/09 Solicitors instructed

We could complete in as little as 2 weeks, depending on how quickly the council legal team move...

    Hey Guys,

I thought I would join in, we are FTB and we could use the extra luck so keep everything crossed for us :)

100% mortgage so we didn't have an AIP
    11/09 Offer put in
    12/09 Offer accepted
27/09 DIP passed and full application put in

Acording to our advisor we should know something by the end of the week.

Figures crossed and good luck to everyone waiting

Update, we have now submitted our full application. Our broker thinks that we should be OK but nothing is certain. I have set myself up for a decline as at least that way I will not be disappointed.

Waiting to see if I get referred to an underwriter for further questions, although mortgage broker assures me that affordability doesn't appear to be an issue - I had a pretty chunky spend in August for various reasons.

Nerve-wracking - we love this house.

    SPAM reported!

We have some blinking darn good brokers on here that are unable to promote business, so if you think you are getting away with it Ms Leedward, you can think again!
