Me and my partner have just submitted our mortgage application ,

A few funnies we may have to deal with. Her credit rating was hit slightly by taking a cc/2x current accounts/mobile 4 months ago and isn't on the electoral roll. Inquired with the underwriters they said it's OK.

Also had what appears to be significant spend on my card, but these are work expenses I'll get back. Hope that doesn't hit our affordability checks!

Fingers crossed they accept us anyway . It's first direct. So I know how choosey they are...

Paperwork was received today by the MA and looks good! finally getting there!

Finally my offer has been confirmed!!!

House Resevered - 13th Febuary
Mortgage Broker Appoitment - 24th Febuary
Survey Money Taken - 26th Febuary
Survey Completed - 4th March
Mortgage Denied on Affordability - 7th March
Wage Increase Confirmation sent to Mortgage Broker - 9th March
Broker Confirmed mortgage - 10th March

Only point is Halifax want the salary confirmation letter again as needs to be addressed to Halifax but so relieved!!!
