We had five 3 ratings on our report and Halifax just looked at the value so try to stay positive. Have got everything crossed!

20/08 valuation received and they are reviewing and will get back to us if they require further information!!
So waiting game now so nervous and hoping today will b good news!!

Offer put in - Rejected
2nd offer put in Accepted
DIP Issued (HTB guarantee) 5% deposit
Full application submitted to Woolwich last week
Docs requested One months Wages slips and 1 month bank statement
HTB Form, Passports, proof of deposit
3 months banks statements from husband to show rent being paid.

Valuation booked for tomorrow.

My stomach is in knots, I just hope they give us the mortgage.

Fingers crossed we hear something today, valuation was 14/08 would be good to start Monday off with the offer/report, its 5 weeks until our tenancy ends.

So after being told on Friday my application will go to evaluation today Natwest have decided they want yet more evidence. This is the 3rd time I've sent evidence in so now it's another wait for them to assess the new evidence. It's so fustrating. I just feel after all this stress and waiting they are going to turn me down.
I hope everyone else is having a better Monday x

Thats not very reassuring is it, hopefully once they get what they want it'll be smooth sailing though
