How long did it take for people to get their offer in the post? We are with Halifax, broker confirmed offer verbally l last Wednesday and said offer should arrive in the post in 2 days but nothing as yet, so we don’t have anything written yet. We don’t believe it til it’s in our hands!

We have had our valuation today with Nationwide at around 8am got a text at 3pm saying they had received the valuation report. Anyone know timescale on when we should expect to receive a mortgage offer?

My valuation was booked in, then happened (desktop), report received and offer received all within about 2 minutes of each other! So, hopefully your offer won't be long.

when did this happen? im hoping ours will just be a desktop valuation but who knows. how long after submitting application before you heard anything about a valuation?

This was a few months back. You can find my post if you look on my profile, I did a timeline with dates somewhere on the nationwide thread!

Our offer came in the post about 7 days after we got the verbal offer from Halifax.

i just checked my online nationwide application. 
Todays date says valuation instructed then
valuation date booked
then valuation report. 
ive not had any texts. Does this mean its been a desktop valuation??

please can I join? Full application submitted to BOI on 08/2/21, valuation happened yesterday. Anyone any experience with BOI and how much longer we should have to wait?

We had submitted full application to BOI on 9th February and valuation (seems to be desktop) has been carried out on 16 February. Waiting for response.
