Just got my offer accepted. Im a doctor so my pay is complicated and the house is expensive. Hoping and praying they take all my income into account. 4.2x my fixed pay for last six months. 5.8x my basic pay.

We have our DIP and our broker has submitted full application to THE MORTGAGE LENDER (TML)

Solicitor details have been shared with estate agent - they have asked for £200 to start searches although I would rather wait for the outcome of application before doing so, does anyone agree this is the right thing to do ?

Other than that, it’s just a waiting game. 190k property value. 38k deposit (some gifted). I have 2 ccjs that are settled and over 3 years old and our joint income is just under 50k a year, no existing debt or credit cards, so it’s just a case of crossing our fingers and hoping for the best.

We had submitted full application to BOI on 9th February and valuation (seems to be desktop) has been carried out on 16 February. Waiting for response. 

Keep us updated, our broker said we should hopefully have an update Monday. So fingers crossed.

Good luck, Halifax were no bother for us. Ours was 4.8x basic pay, 4.1x with enhancements.

Yes, also in a training post so was also worried with the temporary contracts etc.

I’m a CT so my rota/ pay is the same for a year so hoping they don’t see it as a temporary contract. I only have a 10% deposit so I’m not getting my hopes up yet.
