I keep reading from people out of pocket by a lot of money, can anyone please tell me how they are more than £1,000 out of pocket?

I don't recall TMO offering cashback deals for more than £50 per month, so how someone can be out by £2,400, I don't know?

    18MONTH CONTRACTS AND MULTIPLE CONTRACTS= £2,400 LOSS

    ITS SIMPLE MATHEMATICS!

A point is always better understood in capitals, thanks.

So £2,400 over 18 months is £133.33 a month; how many contracts and how many are actually needed?

Probably unrelated, how many are people getting a cashback deal for the free phone (ebay is full of them) and quidco cashback?

    Who got greedy and burned?

    Is no more what?

The address still is (and so is the one in Shipley).

The problem is that The Mobile Outlet is no longer at it.

    (Does that cover it?)

    Coolio,

You are entitled to be very angry indeed with the courts system.

Had they not seriously screwed up your MCOL claim and delayed it for months, you’d have got your money out of The Mobile Outlet long before it collapsed.

This is something you may wish to pursue (if you’re not heartily sick of the whole thing - and I wouldn’t blame you if you are).

I was wondering my warrant was issued on the 2nd February but they've only just returned it today saying they aren't at the address. Despite phoning the court virtually every day chasing it up I felt they could have served it sooner.

Where do I stand with the courts laziness??

In contempt of it, if you use words like "laziness".

If the Bailiff had jumped into the car the moment the warrant was issued and attempted to get it satisfied it would have had the same outcome.
