  • Hi,

    I haven't received 3rd and 4th cashback and didn't bother to send the 5th one. Its too late now for me.

    My 3rd claim was accepted on 26th Sep but no news on the 4th one. Just called MobileOutlet now and they say the claim has been forwarded to the cashback team and I should get it soon.

    Should I believe them? Or should I sent them LBA? Does LBA has to be in a particular format?

    I have just checked my last cashback cliam specialdelivery ref no on royalmail and I got this message.
    "Delivered to forwarded address, make sure you use the correct address next time"
    I do not see any change of address notice on MobileOutLet website.
    What is the new address?
    Will it ok to send the future cashback claim to that new address even the old address is still stated in the term and condition on the website.

    Only send claims to the address you have been told to by TMO.

    Its still the same 3-4 Riverdale House, Dockfield Road, Shipley address, but TMO have a redirect on their mail.....

    You should have been on the case before this.
    In my humble opinion, TMO are not paying anyone who doesn't send them a LBA, and they are ignoring some LBAs until people actually file a claim via MCOL. As for believing them, If they told me the sky was blue, I'd go outside and check for myself. The promise to pay soon is just another delaying tactic, they told me this 2 weeks ago. I sent a LBA this week.
    Pity you didn't bother sending your last claim....

    You are now contemplating taking legal action to get your money,

    If you read through the thread you will see that, (providing you stuck to the conditions when submitting claim 3), you can sue them for the whole amount they owe you, as their failure to pay claim 3 is a fundamental breach of your contract.

    Yes I am contemplating legal action. Its a good thing if I can sue for the whole amount so I will go through the thread. But please let me know if anyone has successfully claimed the full amount on such basis.

    Hi. I have a contract with the mobile outlet and my 120 days was on wednesday - do I send the last bill that came or do I wait until the next bill ? It's very confusing.

    Also - do they EVER send cashback cos there seems to be an awful lot of people on here who haven't recieved it and I'm getting worried now!

    Sorry if I sound thick I just don't fancy reading through 79 pages to find the answer to my question :)

    If I remember correctly, according to the new T&C, you need to send a bill showing you have been connected for a minimum of 120 days (assuming you have a 12 month contract).

    I've had 4 out of 5 cashbacks....waiting for final, but had to resort to LBA for claim 3 and now for claim 5

    NB You would be better off taking the time to read all 80 pages of this thread; there is invaluable info contained in this thread
