I found it a bit tricky to get this to work e.g. the most recent snapshot fails.
Direct linky to April 2007 which is the most recent available:

It has the "submit by 21 days" rule which was still in effect when I got mine in mid-June.
My first claim was due end of October.... Got through to the Shipley office on Friday and I could hear the famous Jas in the background, she was saying "Tell him the cheque will be out in a few days".
Hmmm. If it's not here by Friday, full-on LBA by fax and post, and MCO.0 -

I wrote a quick letter stating the claim requirements from the TsandCs e.g. which bills to send and the date by which they are required, and also stating they have been met with the contents of the envelope.
Also, I take a photo of the whole shebang before I put the bills and letter inside the envelope. And don't skimp, use Special Delivery.0 -
Thats great - thanks for the link to the T&C and the advice re amount to claim. And i love the idea of photoing the bills etc before mailing - i was going to get a witness to sign a letter too !!
How is that a company can get away with this blatant theft in the UK in 2007?? Where are the regulatory authorities - we have speed cameras, you cant say boo to a child, there are regulations for walking down the street, and yet we can get ripped off left right and centre in broad daylight by these cowboys without impunity - and it oges on and on and on for months and months not only with just one scandalous operator but with many ?? The people responsible for these companies should be accountable for their actions.
Why is it up to the individual to spend hours and hours researching and spending more money to raise court claims - all individually. If this was the USA we could get a class action going and sue them for millions.
I'm disgusted !!!
Have a great day.0 -
It has long been proven that there are few things in life more futile (and, indeed, counter-productive) than telephoning The Mobile Outlet in pursuit of a cashback claim but suing Mobile Matters (U.K.) Ltd. for a million pounds would most assuredly be one of them.

Today is day 48 since TMO received my final cashback application.
I have received confirmation from them that it was received and was successful.
Usual email exchange of promises to pay and apologies for delays etc.
LBA sent snail mail Tuesday, copy by email Wednesday.
Snail mail copy signed for today by TMO.
Looks like I'll need to go the MCOL route.....everything ready
More as it happens.....
FORUMQUERIES: If you are reading this, it seems silly to delay payment of the £84 oustanding as you have conceded that my application has been accepted, and the court costs, solicitors fees & potentially bailiffs fees will simply be added to the overall amount....0 -
I am still waiting for cashback #2 which was accepted on 2nd October. No replies to any of my emails. Looks like I will have to post a letter and file a claim!0

Ey up k, still waiting for my last one too...just pinged them a reminder, showing their last "10 days" e-mail to me....race ya !!......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
Hi, I have filed a small claims court with Mobile Outlet, as I have not received my third or fourth cashback. Do I still need to send in my fifth cashback claim to TMO, or is there no need now I am claiming through the courts?0

Probably a good idea to enclose at letter pointing out that u have already taken legal action against them and that you won't hesitate to do the same again if last payment is not paid on time. In effect this will be your LBA for the claim. Saves u a stamp!!0 -
thanks, I will send it off. I was hoping it wont be needed but not a problem.0
