I have just received my claim from Mcol with TMO disputal details.
TMO being the deviants they are have requested a court in Bradford when I am based in Sunderland. It would be extremely costly for me to travel down to the court (probably more than my claim) plus I have two small children to look after.
Would the court allow someone to go in my place as my representative?
As everyone else has said, TMO have put a load of B******t in the disputal. Saying that my 3rd claim which was due in august will be paid by cheque next week. That the t&c's say that they must receive my claim within 21 days when it clearly states in black and white in my t&c's (which I have a copy of) that the claim has to be forwarded within 21 days. And that I have not disputed the claim with them and went straight for court action - funny one this one as I have a copy of the letter I sent to them disputing it and also the origanl reply to my dispute (which is dated prior to the court disputal). I somehow think TMO like to talk out of their rear.
Sorry for the rant. Needed to let it out.
Any help much appreciated.0 -

I see you've sent off the T&Cs... you did keep a copy didn't you?0 -
Hi
Can somebody please give me the best address to send one of these LBA thingies to the mobile outlet?
I plan on sending it recorded delivery, and then starting court proceedings.0 -
baldrick123, just have a look at the T&Cs on the back of the despatch note. There you will find details of what you need to send.

Yep ive got the t+c's, i know it says i have send bills 5-7, but do i have to send anything with that?0 -
I did as well. Sent them LBA last thursday, recevied on friday. They've had countless emails and this LBA. I've advised them they have until next monday. Then I will issue them a final warning on monday if they haven't paid yet to pay by wednesday night, then on thursday I will go to court. Being based in NI I don't think they can make me settle the dispute in England. I will let you know my situation. The company is a total joke and it's even more of a joke that the regulators don't do something about it.0

I have seen posts where TMO have had the court switched to one local to them....not sure how that works, as I always thought that the defendant had to attend the court nearest the claimant. Can anyone advise on this??0 -
HI Folks
Advice on my case would be appreciated. After looking through most of the forum replies, I wish I'd known what this company was like!
I received my mobile phone but wasn’t supplied with a dispatch note. I rang TMO on their old number, took the customer advices name and the matter was supposed to be resolved. To cover myself, or so I thought, I rang/emailed TMO to make sure my details had been updated and to make sure the matter had been resolved.
Now November had passed so It was time to forward my original Orange bills 1-4 via special royal delivery. In December I received an email and letter stating that my despatch note wasn’t returned which voids my cash back. I’ve rang / emailed since stating since they didn’t supply me with a bloody dispatch note and that they didn’t have the intension of me claiming my money back which voids their contract?
Any light would be grateful0 -
I've been trying these guys for days they owe me 2 lots of cashback. No reply from either number, a dodgy message about technical phone faults on their website and no email reply from them. Anyone got any info?
am so upset, have a young baby, a new house, no money, it's xmas and they owe me a small fortune. If anyone from MO is reading this you should be really ashamed.Karma will get you in the end!0 -

this is TMO normal mode of operation; not answering the telephone, automated email responses etc.
You should read all the posts in this thread, particularly the first page.
This will provide advice on using MCOL to get what you are entitled to.
