I contacted TMO via the forums mail address and had a reply yesterday stating cheque was in the post. Was a bit sceptical about this bearing in mind comments on this forum. Today the cheque arrived for £72. This was 90 days overdue and Im still owed my last £72 which is over 30 days overdue. I have informed JAS that I require the final payment within three days or a LBA will be issued followed by a MCOL claim. Hang in there they are paying up.:beer:0

Ah, the legendary Jas !! He's the bloke who's told me on 2 separate occasions via the forums email that i'm getting a cheque in the post. Last Tuesday being the 2nd time that a cheque has been posted, mines now 90 days late too. Guess what, this one hasn't arrived yet either, i've re-iterated my address to them after the first one went "missing". I've raised an MCOL claim so we'll see what happens. They're either just telling me that a cheque is in the post (even though they moved over to BACS a while back as my 1st claim was via BACS) just to delay the process even more, or they're walking it to my flat !
We'll see what happens.0 -

man, for the sake of getting a great deal, why do we have to go through c**p companies like this who try to cheat us out of what was promised?
anyway.. my first post and just to let you all know that I have a contract with them and am witing for a response after my 1st cashback. Will try to update as much as possible to let you know how it goes.
Just want to thanks you all with all the recommendations and the hints and tips to get this cockroach of a company to pay us what is rightfully ours.

TMO are saying I didn't send my dispatch note with my claim, I'm saying I did. The bottom line question I suppose is 'how do I prove I sent it' or alternatively 'how do they prove I didn't' depending on which side of the fence you're looking from?
I have a photocopy of it (the dispatch note) now, but that's all :-(0 -

If you take them to court, then the judge will decide.
You can of course write to them, explain there must be some mistake at their end, as you definitely did comply with their conditions, and sent them the original document, but for their files enclose a copy (which you have taken from the copy you originally took).
And (if you think you will get paid if you get a court judgement against them), why not make the letter a LBA, and give them 7 days to pay you otherwise.....0 -
I'll be having my post office stamp and sign a contents sheet to verify what I'm sending, not only will it be my word, but a trusted member of the community (i.e. the postmistress) against TMO if disputed.0
