Oh well seems that even though you have a stored assessment the ASDA site it still lets you apply but then today I get two emails for the new jobs I applied for saying I FAILED the assessment before so can NOT apply for ANY JOBS that ASDA are advertising for 6 months!

I noticed they ask if you've ever committed a criminal offence (for jobs that need no more than basic disclosure) but then go on to say ' including motoring offences but not spent convictions'.
So you're entitled say 'no' if you have spent convictions but they start by asking you a leading question.
