Well after the flurry of activity that is payday a quiet day on debt busting front today - trying to think of ways to minimise the damage of an expensive weekend- spent £60 last night:eek: and have friends coming for a visit to tomorrow which will probably mean a lunch or dinner out
So was thinking about groceries and where a lot of our money goes and I worked that we spend around £50-60 a month on bread, rolls, brioche etc etc so have decided its time for me to become a master baker - Paul Hollywood watch your step :rotfl:
Think I will attempt some easy white bread rolls first ......... I mean its flour water salt and yeast how hard can it beCC debt Aug 2018 £50.2K

So the weekend was as expensive as feared:eek: but some lovely time spent with some very good friends who we have not seen for almost 2 yrs
So ebaying activity continues ......
3 more items listed today, 7 items finishing tomorrow and another 2 finishing on Wednesday...... unlikely to be retiring on the proceeds but it all helps;)
Yet to start on my bread making empire:rotfl: so no need for Messers Hollywood or Warburton to start losing any sleep:DCC debt Aug 2018 £50.2K

Was just thinking myself that I might get into baking. Then I thought about getting a bread machine- but didn't know if that would be a false economy as everyone I know that has got one uses it for about a month then it sits and gathers dust. Like the thought of making my own though- as all sorts of nasties goes into a lot of shop-bought bread, particularly the cheaper brands which I tend to go for1 March 2016/18 May 2016
