  • The eBay situation is a toughy. Try and put yourself in the position that if someone was to walk up to you know and offer you said amount of money for that handbag, would you say yes or no? That's how I work out Buy it Now prices, coz sometimes its easier to just get rid. Although, saying that I sold some makeup recently, one piece was a brand new, unused item from Benefit that's now discontinued. Someone offered me £6-£8 for it buy it now, I didn't accept and it ended up going for over £16! Phew!! xx

hi knit witch - well the scotwest loan and aa loan are paid by direct debit so they will happen automatically. I have agreed with the nursery to pay the arrears off over the next 3 months current payments are all up to date. I think that I would like to pay off the gold card next month (hopefully!) - for the small mental victory of getting another one off the list - then Ill attack the capital one as it has the highest apr - all the others are all similar rates. Im not too stressed about the next ones as the way they structure their minimum payments if i dont use the account it will be paid in 12 months anyway.

By the end of the yr i would like to have paid off AA, Scotwest, RBS Gold, Nursery and Capital One that would be the list of creditors down by a third even if the debts arent:rotfl:

    Ultimate Motivation

So I currently use £1439 of my monthly wages goes towards paying loan or minimum payments on cc

Have just worked out that if I was putting that towards my mortgage I would pay it off 11 years early !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I also added the approx£400 a month overpayments I am trying to make then it would be paid off 12 years earlier.

I have 19 yrs left to go on my mortgage if I get cc/ store card debt free in 18 month I could be mortgage free 5 or 6 years after that !!!!!!!!

Right if that doesn't give me the kick up the butt I need nothing will - operation £3k paid by Xmas starts here ..... Wonders if I can eBay the children :rotfl:
