    Hi CM

Thank you so much for the link, Popla Annual report was really insightful.

I know this question of mine was answered earlier but I appealed online and did not receive anything is that ok and I just wait or should I follow it up with a written letter as well and get a confirmation that they have received it.

They have still not sent any acknowledgement.

    Regards

If it were me I would pop a copy in the post as well (just a copy of the email, don't re-type it or anything) and say that you are posting it because their system gave no acknowledgement.

  • Parking Eye is a well presented Scam... Do not pay, do not contact them.
12 months ago, I was sent the so called fine and a photo of my car leaving the car park late and a threat to get bailiffs involved.
    Its all lies.
after reading the well documented items on google.
I did not even let them know I was alive.

SHAME on them and shame on Aldi for allowing them onto their car park.

The problem with that is in 12 months things have changed, parking eye are now issuing thousands of claims, they are targeting people who ignore them, don't be surprised if in the next few months you get a mcol through the letterbox.

It's now not advised to simply ignore these fake tickets, especially if this is in England or Wales and its either, Parking Eye, Civil Enforcement Ltd (or their trading names) , and to a lesser extent UKCPS or Excel. These are the ones issuing at the moment

  • 15 minutes over the time in a shopping centre called The Range in Colchester and a piece of paper comes through the door (not signed for which leaves Parking Eye in the first instance on a shaky footing). I have decided to pay the fine and then peruse them through the small claims courts where the appeal can be made more public and open and to state all money recovered will be donated to “Help for Hero’s”. My aim is to give these parasites as much bad press and public humiliation as possible. Please support me in this if you feel you can.

    Hi Members

I got a letter from them on saturday saying that you need to send us the proofs of purchase. I dont know when I had sent it to them in the first place why are they asking for it again. I will send it through by post this time recorded.

There was another letter dated same day saying that our charges are not too much and all that. I will post the letter here, i did not get it with me today but I will definitely upload it here, I dont know if I can though or not.

What happened when you sent those receipt copies again? Fake PCN cancelled yet?

    Hi CM

Thanks for asking, I have sent them the invoice of purchases I did that day but I have not heard back from them, I did send it when I appealed as well from online system but this time I sent my details by post, my concern is that I am about to leave the house I am staying in at the moment by end of this month and dont know how to get them to send me any correspondences to the other address as it has been taking so long. I want to go there again as it is not far from my current house and check for signage as to where they have been put up exactly.
I also got a letter from them saying that our charges are justified but this was before I had sent the receipt, they claim that it costs to put the signage and maintain it, put the anpr camera and maintain that postage costs and all, I dont know if this is common for them to send it.
I have still not disclosed my name and address to them but they have found it as they sent the letter this time in my name.
What should I do I dont know as even if I do put a redirection of post to my other address they might not be able to redirect it and coz they are now sending court order and all I do not want to get a CCJ on my file although its long time from there just yet.

Do nothing more, yet, you are awaiting a reply & POPLA code and there's no reason why a redirection of post would not include these letters as long as the PPC are spelling your surname the same as the redirection instruction to the Post Office.
