Just wondering I appealed to them via the website but I have neither heard from them nor do I have a proof that my appeal was submitted in form of e mail reply, should I send it by post too coz after 14 days they could come and say we did not receive anything.

    Please advise.

No just wait for a response/rejection from them, then come back here for further advice

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    Hi Storma

Thank you so much for the help, but just wondering since I do not have a proof that I have sent the appeal to them can they come back later and say you did not send one in the first place as they have not acknowledged anything yet.

You've sent it, they would need to prove that you didn't send it, not the other way around. You could post it to them and get proof of postage from the post office for free.

I would always do this with anything to go to ParkingEye - one copy by e-mail and a second by first class post with a proof of postage. After seeing the shambolic mess they make of the court process, I wouldn't trust them to get anything right....

I just saw that I only have till 24th before my 14 days period is over so I am going to send one letter by post today by end of day if I dont get anything in post coz after the appeal was submitted they did not send any correspondence written or email to confirm if they have got the appeal and they are working on it or no.

Don't bother!! You had 28 days to appeal not 14 and the 'discount' is utterly irrelevant as you aren't going to be paying!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi members

Does anyone know how long they take to revert, I appealed back 16th and have not heard from them yet, I did get a letter saying that they need the payment of 60 pounds exactly same letter as the first one but nothing since. This letter came i think on tuesday just before my 14 days time.

    Thanks

They should respond within 35 days of receipt of your challenge. Read up on it while you are waiting:
