    Afternoon all

Been shopping in St Albans with DS2, he is so short of clothes, we managed socks and a couple of T shirts. Got a gift for his form tutor who has been fab and is teaching him PD for his A2 next year so keeping him sweet ;). Return to Matalan also done.

Tried on 2 dresses then explained to DS2 that I would be ordering them via Topcash for the cashback :D He loves a bit of moneysaving and thinks I'm brill at it :D

Piggers good news on the money

Ionafan coping vibes and good outcome wishes for you OH

Time for aa cuppa and to ring my mother then a little flying, pop to the town, put garden prunnings into the empty brown bin.

    DS3's leavers assembly tonight.

Glad KH has decided to contribute to the care of HIS kids

must admit i was relieved that DS1 has got accepted on this apprenticeship, all he seemed interested in was xbox and kept saying about working on some website doing voiceovers for games and walk throughs. i bet every teenage boys think he can make his fortune doing that. thankfully one of his mates was accpeted on the apprenticen scheme last year and kept telling Ds how interesting it was and what great money. Funny how they will listen to friends but never their parents.
GI and PP have your teens got working friends you could subtly enlist to 'steer' them

DD3 has just left 1/2 day at the nursery today, its already holiday so theres only 2 kiddies in today.

Boys out with their friends enjoying the sunshine,

DD2s just turned up with her fellas kids so were going for a picnic in the garden

must play catch up in a bit

DS1 had his phoned DD transferred into his bank account the month he turned 18, DS2 only has a £15 top up every 3 months, he mainly phones/texts me and uses it for the internet whilst on the bus. I'm quite tough as in the long run I know it is better for them.

    10 minutes flying done.

DS1 is 22 in September.. and I don't see why I should fund him any longer.. I do buy bits for the boys but I really need to rein in the monthly outgoings..

I am contemplating saving all the money KH pays and making a lump sum payment off the loan (there is just over £4000 left to pay).. it is joint with KH anyway.. and I am so used to not having the money I don't see not spending it as any great hardship.. obviously the children won't go without but not having to pay £260 every month on a bank loan I didn't want in the first place has to be a bonus and will mean there is more in the monthly pot! .. Anyway.. it is sitting in my ISA for the time being.

    Hi all!

Been for shoes, DS gutted the light up ones didn't go up to his size. Found sweet doodles for DD though, on sale too. He measured F width but had to get Gs and she measured G width but had to get Fs. How's that for standard sizing?

Sorted DS wardrobe, his was the worst. Need to tackle DDs now :( ah well.

Both asleep on my bed I think there's a damp patch :o good job I have a mattress protector and wanted clean bedding tonight...

    Think I might be hungry...
