ionanfan - hugs and flylady posivibes coming your way. Men often react like that don't they? Hope the biopsy goes well....

I was thinking of you yesterday as I wandered round Railfest at the NRM! The sight of the only 6 remaining A4 locos together in the main hall was amazing!

Thanks CY- I only have 2 weeks to go hopefully.

Post dealt with.. including one from the LA asking why Moomin was not in education.. erm... she is at school at the moment.. *shrug*

I am also confused by DD3's school report which says she has 99.5% attendance.. she hasn't been off at all for anything..

WM x1 almost finished.. and I just remembered I have a basket full to hang out.. best get on with that.. after my cuppa..

At least it was just a seed, not like the poor woman in this story.

Mr LW was as good as his word, and scrubbed the loo thoroughly last night.:A

We can't win; it's so hot, we have to have the windows wide open at night, and we seem to get every nasty little night-time bitey-bug in MK in here.:( Unfortunately, too, they seem to love snacking on lupies.:( Mr LW has one of those electronic "tennis racket" jobbies, and it's highly amusing to see him flailing the thing around, trying to get bugs that appear smart enough to hide when they see it coming.:D

Salad for dins again today - sausages this time. Must cook them soon, and the potatoes, so that they cool in time.:o

Sassy brought her brush with her, but it looks like she had a close trim before she arrived, so there's not a lot of fur to brush. She still enjoys the brush put over her though - I guess it must stimulate the skin, and it's a good way to spend happy-time with her.:o

    Peace, at last :)
The girls have headed to the beach. DH is heading to his counselling session - he is very apprehensive - then going to my mum's.

I have approx. 3 hours for paperwork. I have already renewed my PLI, set up a page on a vacancy-matching website and filled out my TC renewal. Just need DH to sign & then it can be posted as I still have time and I CBA to phone them :p

Anyone care to join me for HHAnything? I aim to do paperwork (surprise surprise :o) Starting at 11.30!

Well.. I've just had an interesting conversation with DS2... apparently he THINKS he is doing nothing after summer.. no college, no work etc.. He got a very large shock when that was greeted with 'well you best find somewhere else to live then because I can't afford to keep you for nothing'... apparently nice, proper parents don't say things like that.. so I am pleased to announce I am not a nice or a proper parent!!

He is trying to get through to the college to make an appointment to discuss his options now :p

    I win!!!

3 loads of washing hung out and 2 more loads in.

Pigpen maybe nice, proper parents that can afford to keep idle teenagers don't do that!! I am in the same situation with DD2, and I have spoken to her SO many times, but she just clams up. At least yours has picked up the phone!!

My HH turned into 2 HH's. I am going to do some lunch now, then do some more. I want to get Miss T's book done so I can give it to her mum to look at over the weekend, so I have today & tomorrow am to do it. But, for now, I need a break!
