DD is in bed :o she was shattered bless her. DS is bathed, fed, watered and teeth cleaned. He's now watching a DVD in my bed for half an hour. I chucked 3 pairs of kids trainers in wash after nursery (I didn't leave them there ;)) so they are in the airing cupboard drying now.

Pfft. I mentioned to preschool it was his last day, they said they didn't think so. I said I'd booked him for summer club for 22nd July onwards. I have the confirmation email from 9th may! So they called club leader down, and she said they are full mon/tue with training day school kids  I said well I've already been invoiced and paid for it! Apparently there is space in pre-school, so hopefully he can still go. It's a good job I mentioned it otherwise we'd turn up on Monday with nowhere to go!

I also need to call school club to make sure he's booked in there. What a muddle!

    Hooray! it's the hols! Woot.

DS has (apparently) cleaned his bedroom

I haven't been to check yet, the anticipation is delightful...I might be disappointed when I actually SEE it.;)

Up at 5am  Ironing done and everything. There is washing on the line. The washbasket is FULL (did I mention DS has cleaned his room? Clearly he's also CLEARED it!) he said he would have put a wash on but he knows like to run it on the cheap rate :rotfl:. Laundry basket lives on the landing - I can see it from here. it was *almost* empty this morning. *SIGH*
Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY

    Hi I'm back!
Raging with OH my day trip turned out to be a parts run as the big wheel has broken down and it opens on Saturday for the Glasgow show  so I seen 1 x industrial estate and a drive through Golden Arches  got a burger 890 kals and fries 450 kals and a drink won't have to eat for a week now! On the way back we stopped at the services for the loo so that was my days highlight!
Off now to pick up DD from my aunts as we all have the dentist in the morning then I will drop he back there afterwards. She didn't want to come home at all incase she misses my cousin who is coming over from Arran, what it is to be loved!

    Happy Birthday, Mrs MP
    :bdaycake:

I thought I'd got the wrong end of the stick earlier and it was one of your family's birthday, sorry :o

Hope you've had a lovely day, seems you've worked too hard!

I have my car back! Hurrah! Decluttered some £s but not enough to cancel the holiday :p and they repaired a slow puncture as well as the usual oil / filter etc.

Watered garden, brought washing in and put away. OMG our clothes are bursting out of cupboards and MIL had brought more  she messages me earlier and said "I see what you mean about the kids clothes, I will stop buying for a while. I will have to treat you instead. Be very afraid!" :rotfl: did make me chuckle.

My wardrobe is already ridiculous, and I'm still (slowly) getting the weight off, so hoping not to be at this size by autumn.

I need to have a sort tomorrow. Even if its only a temporary one to make a little space whilst we're using the summer stuff...

(erm - there's Valli clean and DS clean. The two have few similarities and many, many differences)
