I've just had brekkie
. Late this morning so didn't get it before school run. Came home and thought I would tidy up the front garden. It's taken me an hour and a half and I still need DH to wire my ros! to the soil pipe when he gets home (or get the ladder out so I can do it). DW done just needs emptying and reloading, WM finished and hung out (although I've left a pile of towels on a garden chair so need to bring them in).
The sun will be round the back soon so I can drag a few watering cans out the front and give it a good water. Will put some feed in too, poor flowers, it's dry as a crisp out there.

Thanks for that, I very nearly forgot...
Looks like we're going to the cinema to see "Pacific Rim" as the block is surrounded by people drilling and dropping debris everywhere. So having open windows comes with risks
I'll go and put some laundry away and shower. And then shower again...

Pain-free vibes for Mummyyof5's friend.
New start vibes for FBO. I know where you're coming from - I'm very isolated myself; I've lived in Concrete Cow Country for over eleven years now, and still only know Mr LW's friends; not being mobile doesn't help - I can't just hop on a bus and go somewhere, as I'm not physically able to do this. Also I'm so terrified of people that I'd never in a million years pluck up the courage, even if I was physically able. I used to have my own car, but when it got to the stage where I need assistance when I get to my destination, we decided to go to just the one car, which of course Mr LW uses for w*rk.:o
Mr LW has kindly said he'll give the loo it's weekly mega-scrub again, on the basis that with the best will in the world, I'm not currently able to do a thorough job of it.:A I do hate feeling so damn helpless!
Sassy's too hot. I'm doing my best to keep us both cool; we've got the fan on, and I've put ice cubes in her water bowl. She's very sweet, and came wandering into the bedroom this morning with her bunny in her mouth. Like a lot of my guests, she has also decided that the place to be while I have my bath in the morning in on the bath mat, leaning against the bath panel.:DIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
I'm too hot! I've given up on the garden for now before I melt any more. I've got a fair amount done and will continue later but for now I'm going to put my feet up and plan for next years strawberries and try to figure out sorting the raspberries and tray berries as they are not being productive in the trailing shape they are now so need shifting a bit.
I've also picked 2 1/2lbs of rhubarb so that's covered in sugar to make jam with. Hope I can get some jars!Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -
