Ah hopefully someone wouldn't mind helping, I was looking at Hamilton gardens and wondered how early you can Early Bird, and if you need to have spoken to a broker etc first? We are looking to get one of the very last up there in 18 months - 2 years time but I'm keen to get it reserved.0

Hi monkey2801 I don't if it's any help but when we early bird at nightingale gardens we were told early bird wasn't available at least within a year of the house being officially released for sale. We early bird our house in June 2015 and it wasn't released for sale until late February 2016 with a price increase of 20k it's not going to be complete till end of August.
