I deal with the money side of things he has his own allowance, so if he paid for it with that I wouldn't know. so no he isn't taking funds from the house. I just don't believe he I an addict I would know because I had a son who was an addict and yes you would know
the real issue is that I have found drugs he has not told me about them which is a bad lie to keep from your wife!!!! and I don't understand why?
suppose I need to just ask him and wait for the fallout, not looking forward to this

EDIT: just read your other post about finding out about the affair last time. Sorry but it does seem likely that if the drugs were related to another woman last time, then there is at least a possibility that the affair has continued/resumed.

TBF, lots of people use coke recreationally for many years without becoming addicted to it.

well I just asked him and this was his explanation.
I get it for a friend he named so called friend but wouldn't say who he got it from!
its called "billy" he doesn't know what it is or what it does
he said he didn't think it was significant enough to tell me.

just looked it up its a name for speed!!!!
don't know whether to be concerned as to how my husband lies to me, or how he gets this stuff or both, either way im married to a man who thinks nothing of lying to me that's the bottom line.
I thought I knew him and the bare fact is I don't .
I now have to have a rethink on our marriage as he wouldn't even name who he gets it from!!
so really there is no trust not anymore

You did the right thing to ask him for an explanation and I'm sorry that he couldn't tell you everything.

I think you need to take some time to think about how you can deal with this.

I'd be concerned about all those things.. the lying, the deceit, mixing in 'those' circles of people and who doesn't have any respect at all for you!

I'd be angry that he'd brought drugs into the house where you have kids, that and that he appears to be leading some kind of secret partying lifestyle.

Have you seen any signs that he's been taking amphetamines? I'd have thought it would be pretty hard to hide? (Even if you're not with him during the talking bo11ocks phase, the sleeplessness and irritability when coming down.)
