    Good morning guys

    Another cold damp day here.

Can I just say - I hate decorating................ Jeferey, my sons room isn;t very big and it has a desk and cupboard as well as fitted wardrobe. My son has literally thousands of dvd's in the cupboards. He is a hoarder, he has 2 computers in there and a tv and various other electrical items. Its not the biggest of rooms and is way over full but my son won;t get rid of anything.

We are replacing all the skirting boards and architrave in the room as well due to a builder we hired a few years ago doing such a bad job and leaving lots of broken and cracked plaster some of which has fallen out and left holes in the walls. So even if it takes weeks we are going to plod on till its right this time and do it outselves, it'll take longer. My son did the architrave around the doors yesterday and did a better job than the joiner that did it first time round.

I see CW bit of a squeeze then and well done your DS with the architrave :D

Going to have a look at some paving stone with DW this afternoon for our new seating area.

Bit of a frost this morning - glad I had the car in the garage :)

Hi CW and everyone else. DW and I set off this morning to spend weekend without kids in Buxton. Nice when we set off but once we starting climbing we got snow too. Been a lovely afternoon in Buxton, super lunch and shopping/sightseeing. Bit more snow just now but not settled.

    Good morning everyone.

Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend in Buxton Jeferey, must be nice to have a bit of "me" time with your dw and no children to look after.

We had snow on and off, together with rain, hail and even some sun yesterday, very odd day but cold. bbrrrrr.

Don;t know what today will bring, bit early to tell but atm no rain or snow.

    Take care all.

    Good morning guys

Another bad weather day yesterday, everything from snow like a blizzard followed by rain to wash it away, and all sorts in between, sleet and even some sun. Hopefully we will get some nicer weather soon, its March next week so keeping my fingers crossed that it warms up a bit.

    Hope everyone is well.

Morning all - had restricted use for a few days as my DH intended to update Windows on the PC but put in the wrong disc! Made it worse by trying to uninstall, etc. and result was had to send it to our computer man. Luckily nothing has been lost & glad to have the PC back.
CW - you seem to have been unlucky with your weather. We've had the odd bit of snow, plenty of rain but now the sun is shining although there are plenty of grey clouds around.
Going to try & put out the washing & hope it will dry.
Jeferey = Glad you had a good time in Buxton. We have had good holidays in that area from time to time - love the countryside round there.

    Good morning everyone.

Been raining overnight, next doors garden is a bit flooded from it. But its stopped now which is good cos I need to go shopping later for paint/primer etc to Homebase.

Got my emulsion from asda, Dulux 5 lt tin was £10 for white matt or silk, cheapest we found.

    Thanks red

Sounds a bargain price for paint CW :D Is yours a big Asda? Our local one is an ex-Netto store, it's miles to nearest big one.

    Morning everyone :)
