Thanks CW, still snotty although only feeling really bunged up now so off to bed for me soon - hopefully off out for a run tomorrow before i go stir crazy and perhaps a bit of time in the garden if its not raining.

Very noisy last night, the wind was battering out house so much I had to get up and shut the window in the toilet, it was a right racket.

another cold day, so far today we have had snow, hail, rain, windy and now some sunshine has broken through. Another odd weather day for us.

Morning everyone.


It's certainly windy today - we had rain overnight but bright and sunny here at the moment. Had to make sure the clothes were well pegged on otherwise they'll be down the road.


Hope you poorly people are improving.


Had another theatre outing on Saturday - I did a lot of bookings when there were really good deals around. This time we went to the Royal Court and saw Maxine Peake in How to hold your breath. She was onstage for almost 2 hours. Great performance. Interesting play - made you think about how we would all be living if the country falls apart.


We will be out again on Thursday to the Royal Albert Hall for Madame Butterfly. I was given 2 free tickets by one of my bowls club members who cannot now go. Really great freebie as they are front stalls!!
