Sounds like a great show red. We're going to see Sister Act in a month or so.
Snow nearly all gone now but very cold and windy.

Good afternoon guys,

Still very cold here and still got some snow/ice on the garden. It isn;t going above freezing so not melting atm.

Dread to think about the gas bill but got no choice to have the heating on a lot.

CW I am like you and have had the heating on all day. I find being indoors and not very active at the moment makes me feel the cold more. Unusually for me I did have a rather large credit on my account but suspect that has now disappeared.


We have watery sun here at the moment but biting wind when you venture outside. I have hung out a load of towels - waiting to see if they dry or more likely freeze.


Jeferey Loved the film of Sister Act with Whoopie Goldberg. The play should be great - need something light-hearted at this time of the year.

Freezing here too - heating on immediately when I got home and even wondered if I should have left it on in the day for the cat (who I left in today as it was so cold). Was -4 at boot camp this morning, I must be bonkers!

Good morning guys

Another cold day but thankfully no more snow. Not got rid of all the last lot yet as there is still some in the garden.

We haven;t got a cat but the people opposite have 2 and they throw them out every morning between 7 and 8 when they go to work and aren;t home till tea time. they hate being out in the cold as they are only young cats so try and sneak in our house every time the door is open. They even got locked in our car once as they sneaked in when my son brought the shopping in. lol. They are sweet though and love ham, they are always hungry when they visit us to get a warm.

We had a light sprinkling of snow last night and a snow shower this morning - fed up of it now , -1°C this morning.
I'm just in the process of changing gas and electric supplier, £179 a year cheaper plus £55 cashback

another cold day, slight frost overnight but no snow. The last lot just won;t melt, still on the garden as well.

So still got to wrap up warm when you go out, can;t wait for warmer weather.

It's been a house of sick people so far this week, I was off Monday, DD1 was off Mon & Tues and now DW has the bug DD2 and FD OK so far
