we had more snow last night but luckily it has rained a bit and melted some of it now. We are forecast sleet today so not sure it will get any better.

Had a nice bonus y'day, did tax return and they are going to give me £700+ back, that'll pay for some heating

Ha ha Red - you got me. Holiday booked for end May to Turkey for a week. FD really enjoys spending time round the pool Hope your knee op goes ok...

Not usually Red (although I had boot camp this morning and pole tomorrow :rotfl:) I did a bit of running last year before a 5k obstacle race and this year I have signed up to a longer (much) run, and want to do a bigger obstacle race, plus perhaps a fun 5k - hence I've been out running more. I'm sure it won't always be this intense at atm I'm enjoying it (hate running when its too hot as I don't deal with the heat well).

We had rain and snow yesterday so the roads and apvements are still icy. When will this winter end, cant wait for spring and a bit of warmth.

Wow, lovely little bonus that, and what a nice surprise. Don;t spend it on heating, thats not a treat, spend it on something nice. That holiday in Turkey is just the ticket. lol.
