Thanks CW - DH has coped really well with the radiotherapy - only problem is he feels more tired nowadays but that should go with time. We saw the Consultant Oncologist recently and he doesn't need to be seen again for 1 year for a review. The treatment appears to have dealt with the cancer as his PSA is now under 1. Well done the NHS.

Great news red. He has been through so much I suppose being tired is to be expected. But, yes, I would agree that should improve with time. He has done really well and must be so pleased that he doesn;t have to go back for a year.:T.

Not very good weather here at the moment - quite foggy. Such a contrast with the sunshine yesterday. Hope it clears soon as like CW there is washing to be done.

Cloudy in Sheffield. Had everyone round to ours for evening meal last night - they enjoyed the lemon courgette cake that FD helped me bake!

    Morning everyone :D

You'd think with all the technology they have, the forecasts would be better but they're not!

    Morning all.

Have a new shed coming today - the old one was 50 years old so had done well. Just hope the delivery is at a reasonable time as the company deliver up until 9.00pm!

Our garage at the moment has all the stuff from the shed in it as well as all the other "rubbish". Our daughter has told us we need to throw away more than we return to the shed but luckily she is working in the USA at the moment so can't control us!!!

It's quite amazing how bossy your kids become as you grow older - DD & GD have started since DH had his treatment this year. Quite funny to see the reversal of roles.

It's amazing what is still growing - I picked a few raspberries and a few strawberries yesterday and there are quite a few more strawberries ripening.

    Good morning guys

got 4 loads of washing dried outside yesterday, it was a lovely summery day. Lawn mowed as well.

Don;t know whats in store for us today though, sky is quite cloudy.

Red - I know what you mean about your children getting bossy as they get older, my son is the same sometimes. lol.
