Afternoon everyone - not been around to post as hardly been at home in September.
Have just spent this week in Shropshire visiting the Ironbridge and various other places, together with a trip on the steam Severn Valley railway - was really lucky with the weather as only a couple of showers at night.
Before that had been in France for 3 weeks where the temperature in Brittany was around 30 degrees - too hot to be energetic but did manage to eat & drink well and really glad when I came home to find I had managed to survive without increasing my weight!
Not looking forward to actually having to shop and cook and do all the other boring household things.

Sounds as though you have been really busy enjoying yourself red. How is your dh now.

Thanks CW - DH has coped really well with the radiotherapy - only problem is he feels more tired nowadays but that should go with time. We saw the Consultant Oncologist recently and he doesn't need to be seen again for 1 year for a review. The treatment appears to have dealt with the cancer as his PSA is now under 1. Well done the NHS.
