Bless them for being good all day, they do suprise use at times, making you feel more proud as you know what effort it takes to ignore the nasty things they don't like that are happening. Mine would be ready to run too. Pleased it all looks like it came together beautifully especially after all the effort you put in.

Right DP fast asleep on sofa (as usual when he's been out with 2 hours sleep) so I'm off to grab a shower and get my legs/arms done, can't be looking scraggy round the edges in a gown :rotfl:

    Evening all

Lovely photo Pigpen - 5 girls are yours right - what about the two boys? You don't have 7 do you!!! The little ones look close in age, how you manage to fly at all I have no idea.

Good luck to those at hospital appointments tomorrow, I am a really medical phobic and quiver at the thought of having anything done.

Will do a list in the morning. Today I have tried to do to much, back to my old ways and failed miserably. So this week back to sticking to the plan, not trying to get ahead or play catch up. we will see.

    Evening everyone!

Late one from me as i have been super busy.
    • marked 60 exam papers
    • 4 loads through WM - 2 line dried, one on airers and other in TD
    • line dried stuff folded and away
    • stuff on airers away
    • stuff in washing basket from last weekend now folded and away
    • been to meadowhell shopping - got charlie an infant seat, a sunhat, an outfit for a friend's baby, some red pens for me as i am going through them quickly, some stickers for September and an A5 pukka pad to get me organised for going back to work.
    • also snuck in a nice starbucks iced coffee as we had to feed charlie, so more me time
    • conned DH into cooking dinner, washing up, doing a kitchen sort and making bottles, and he has been in the garage all evening to leave me marking in peace, which is good as my headache still hasn't fully gone, and i'm sure it was cos i tried to concentrate while he had a loud silly film on last night.
So i need to make a fly list for tomorrow, although i think what i need to do is just aim for level one this week plus urgent jobs while i try to get the marking done, and then have a big blast next week in the run up to the wedding/hols. That way i will be taking a little of the pressure off myself and i might remove my pressure cooker temper.

lil-me and happyathome's DS good luck at the hospital. Maybe you can do a bit of reading or something lil-me while you are waiting

pigpen gorgeous photos, all that ironing and stress on Friday was well worth it, and what is wrong with the barbie look?? It is exactly how i will be looking in 2 weeks time  :D Looked more purple to me anyway!!

shirleypark if the rest of your house is as lovely as the garden you will have no trouble selling it when its ready.

hello to any more newbies this week, especially katherine who made a stirling start today.

Big hugs to everyone, and hopefully we will not be as stressed out or traumatised by the events of this week. You could make a soap opera out of us couldn't you.
Anyway, i'm off-ski as i promised myself an early night tonight and i have already failed, but i will try to be there before midnight.

    Michelle, x

I managed to avoid Medowhell but we did do Parkgate and Asda but didn't manage to find any shoes for DD's new dress. They were either not suitable or in the wrong size.

Oh well, bedibyes for me, didn't realise how late it was getting.

    See you all tomorrow aufstehn.gif0027a.gif
