I'd save the effort responding. Some people are just trolls or stupid - or in some cases both.

You mean like yourself! I've seen your responses on previous threads and you just like to stir up trouble it seems, so if anyone could be defined as a troll, it'd be you rather than us.

You had the guts to do the right thing. Ignore the trolls on this site. They would have meekly sat there and put up with having their evening ruined so nothing would ever change. Perhaps those that heard you will think twice next time before they ruin other people's enjoyment. Don't get wound up by these idiots.

So we're not allowed to give our opinion now are we not? Thats your opinion above, does that make you a troll? No it doesn't....although it does make you a sheep, copying off thumb remote, no views of your own have we.

I stated in my first post that I agreed with the OP, people infront of you blocking your view etc is wrong and I wouldn't have been at all happy, and I would not have sat there meekly, I would have made the manager do something....I don't however agree with what the OP did, and if that in your eyes makes me a troll, then so be it :(

I understood from the OP that she went up to the front of the auditorium, waited until the band finished a song, and then began her complaint. And the band did not start singing again until she had finished.

    Seems very straightforward to me.

There would have been no point in her even trying to shout over the top of the band whilst they were playing - no one would have heard a word she said.

I took it as, she went to the stage, and when the band realised what was going on, they then stopped singing? Apologies if I'm wrong, but that's how it read to me. :)

I have got the feeling that the OP tried this and failed.

How can you be a troll for disagreeing lol?

So because you disagree with my view does that make you the troll?

Yawn......personal insults are not becoming of you. There is an ignore function if you don't wish to see what people write. I would suggest you use it.

The OP edited at 10.21pm last night so now as you read it, it does read as you say. However yesterday it did not read like that and read as Georgie and I saw it.

I was basing my comment on how I read it when it was first posted - although, I must admit I checked it after it had been edited before making the most recent post.

Nonetheless, that was the initial impression - as I pointed out, the other possibility does not even make sense because there is no way an single unamplified could even begin to make themselves heard with a band playing.

It now makes much more sense. Before it sounded like the OP had went up mid song and stopped the show, but the way it reads now is much better.

If I was the OP though, I'd be complaining to the boss of the duty manager for his incompetence. Being asked 4 times to do something and then not, when people have paid their hard earned money to see the show is just not on.
