What part of "by this time showaddywaddy had stopped singing and were gobsmacked" don't you understand?

So they were obviously still singing until some mad woman went running onto the stage.

I went by the stage not on the stage!

What of the 'by this time Showaddywaddy stopped singing' did you miss. The OP interrupted the song...end of.

  • Good on you, I agree with everthing you did. It would have been usefull if the managment provided a bucket of water to leave there phones in. Flag wavers and people on shoulders are reasons why I have voted with my wallet and hardly ever go now.How was the new singer with Showwaddywaddy?

Cheers, bit weird as there was only 2 of the original group, the bloke on the drums and the one on bass guitar, the new singer Andy Perlos - he was good, really hit all the notes and sounded as though he had been a permanent fixture, we saw him about 2or 3 yrs as Buttons in the panto! they have a 2nd singer as well, he took the lead on some songs, overall not as good as the original line up, but I would go and see again, x

I had visions of you going up on stage and the band all looking at each other going "Who is this chick?" :rotfl:

Always find it funny that Romeo Challenger who is the drummer previously drummed with Black Widow a satanic rock band who as part of their stage show mock executed a naked women on stage. Now if Showwaddywaddywaddywaddy brought that back in as part of their act, I'm sure the cameras would be out again.

I understood from the OP that she went up to the front of the auditorium, waited until the band finished a song, and then began her complaint. And the band did not start singing again until she had finished.

    Seems very straightforward to me.

There would have been no point in her even trying to shout over the top of the band whilst they were playing - no one would have heard a word she said.
There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.

I'd save the effort responding. Some people are just trolls or stupid - or in some cases both.

You had the guts to do the right thing. Ignore the trolls on this site. They would have meekly sat there and put up with having their evening ruined so nothing would ever change. Perhaps those that heard you will think twice next time before they ruin other people's enjoyment. Don't get wound up by these idiots.
