ok guys - seems sensible - I'll write another letter with the wording
the thing about an invoice to them was a joke, but like it is costing me a stamp (lol mum buys them), and I saw on the internet that some guy got money from those people who keep calling him up0 -
I really do urge you to complain to the relevant bodies listed above. In the grand scheme of things this is much more important than haggling with a two-bit, half-wit parking company which refuses to honour its commitments.Je suis Charlie.0

I guess I'll have to them them another chance - only fair! LOL0

If you complain to the BPA, they will get in trouble. You can see that not giving out a popla code is an offence.

thanks for everyeones help
Imight hang out on this forum everyone seems ok0 -
We are OK(!) and you will need help at POPLA stage anyway. Don't send the same sort of appeal then, you need a stronger winning POPLA appeal and we can show you examples to copy. So come back when you do get the POPLA code.
In the meantime have you read the Parking Prankster's blogs about appealing to Highview? Hilarious blogs, imaginative first appeals to say the least - linked in the second page of the 'POPLA decisions' sticky thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I just don't want to pay and don't want people at my door threatinging to take my stuff away - yeh, I can read his stuff - funnylol
so, my letter must be there now - apart from that I don't have any updates
I'll update when I do0 -
Update!
They sent me another letter, now for £100 and blah blah about my credit rating or something.
It's not been 30 days since I wrote my second letter saying why they must give me a POPLA.
When do I complain to somebody cause they aren't giving me a code?0 -
Have they given you the popla code ? If not you really need to complain to popla, dvla & bpa, they have no reason to withhold the code from you, and they are in breach of the bpa CoP. Will get you some email addresses to send complaints in a bitWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
