I'm in London all day today, on the first day of my temp assignment. Not sure what flying will be done, if I'm honest

Off to find something business-like that fits

Love, hugs, sticks & spoons as required xx

    Morning - I'm a bit jittery today - bad night's sleep.

Couldn't get hold of mum on Monday night, well she could have been in the garden or out.... but couldn't get hold of her last night either. Spoke to little sis and she'd tried too, with no success.

Much racking of brains later sis has rung someone who is going round to check this morning. Not certain when, and sis is on her way to Paris.... so not certain when I will hear.

There have been problems with mums phone line intermittently - we are hoping that it is this again. Fingers crossed.

Did someone mention firms having a priority list for repairs? Maybe last week? Mum is 85 and I'm 100 miles away....

CY hope you manage to get some form of contact with your mum and reassurance that she is alright and its nothing more than a dodgy phone.

CY.. I hope it is something silly.. such as she has knocked the phone so it isn't quite connecting or something.. I usually knock mine and turn off the ringing on ours.. usually I do it on purpose.. but not always.. but it must be very worrying ..

Squeak just having breakfast and she is off to nursery for her trial session.. sending Daddy with her.. She really doesn't understand what she is doing.. though she will have hysterics when she has to come home I'm certain of that much!! £9 each for the nursery sweatshirts!!! Best hope the 'biggest' size fits come September!! It is 'only' 5-6 after all!!! She had just woken up when they came so refused to try them on.
