3 of the 4 cardigans done ready to wash.. I need tp find the pattern for the 4th one as I think it needs some kind of border doing it looks curly at the moment so I'll see what the pattern says then improvise ;)

Dinner in.. OH gone to shop for bread fingers.. fake BBQ and pasta for dinner.. more potato salad for me.

My house is full of sand.. time to start looking at sweepable flooring for the back room again I think! .. I am considering laminate to reduce the small step between the kitchen and back room which I keep stubbing my toes on and the littlies trip over.

Ditto! I need to iron too!

Just woken up - this heat is taking it out of me.

    Flying wise:

    WM x 1
    Washing hung on line
    Baked some bread rolls
Washing got off the line and folded
My dad popped round and helped me remove the some of the tree root of a tree I had chopped down when I moved in (a horrible leilandi sp?)
We then removed the rubble from the garden and took it down the dump.
    Shower & sink cleaned

Woohoo Murray! (I understand nothing about Tennis, but pleased to see a British champion for 1st time in 77 years)

Hurray for Murray, well done fella :T I too am not a tennis fan, but so very pleased for the chap, regardless.

We stayed here in the end, and had a lovely afternoon, kids played great together, everyone had some nice food and drinks, and had lots of help clearing away. Kids had been playing doctors and trampoline was covered in plasters but they peeled each and every one off :A

Just got them off to bed, poor DD was exhausted. She looked tired at lunch but just wouldn't lie down.

Anyway, I have garden furniture everywhere, but it can stay out as we are due dry weather for some days at least. Brought in the bedding off the line which was doubling as an extra parasol :o as next door lit their BBQ. It was shooting flames 2 feet high  but their own washing is still on the line... <insert confused smiley>

So flying has been done but mostly around catering for guests and collecting used plates etc. I need to load DW but we are mostly cleared away and leftovers in fridge.

Gosh I feel grubby! I will be having a shower shortly...

Evening all, sorry am a bit late with the new thread. I am in a total disarray with everything at the moment - don't ask. But those on FB will know what I'm going on about..re ceiling/builders..etc. Piggers also understands I think...lol

Also Virgin seem to have a problem with our broadboand service - it's intermittant. Once you get on it you are okay, but it takes a while to get on... Oh and I my main USB wireless adaptor has given up the ghost..so had to hunt out the old one. Not a mean feat when I have no idea where anything is at the moment..lol. But I found it!!! I'm even being a flylady amongst chaos (not the flylady chaos either!) :D

Hope everyone is enjoying the gorgeous weather and haven't got too sunburnt otherwise you will all pay for it tomorrow :(

Off to sort out the new thread :D
