    Morning all

It is going to be a scorcher. BBQ will be the order of the day and all the paperwork (I don't cope that well in the sun so gardening will be just 10 minutes here and there).

DS2 away to tennis already and DS3 just off to cricket, I'll head to the shower and then up to cricket as trying to do a collection for the coach.

Morning all, poor Bo got abit of a knock last night with the car. OH went to shop and BO decided to bite the tyres. So poor Bo has a cut on his tongue and lip as well as a cut on his paw. He looked so sad last night and had trouble getting up so we took him to the vet. I was more worried that there was damage to his metal work. Vet seems to think everything is where it should be so he got an injection of morphine, an injection of anti-b's and some tablets. So far this morning he's up but not eating, i'm hoping that he'll start eating soon so I can get his first two tablets into him. He even refused cheese...he never refuses cheese

Flying wise nothing has been done yet. Kids to be kicked out and then I can make a start.

    Wow...just wow...

Took DS to football. On the way back there was a van parked (on yellow lines) on a narrow road clearly unloading. Saw a small boy. Slowed down to pass the van - and a small girl popped out INTO THE ROAD from the front of the van and walked toward my (now stopped) car. Popped hazard lights on - I was, at this point effectively blocking the road. Decided this was best as all other vehicles (though none in sight, fortunately,) would HAVE to stop. Lost sight of toddler (she was THAT small!) Wound window down to shout to man passing to ask if he could see any adult near the van - ignored me (possibly didn't hear). Killed engine - about to get out of car and remove toddler from road when man appeared...girl removed from road.
