    Hi flyfriends

I've been up most of the night with a spewing DD didn't want to get up at 7 but had to make sure DS1 got up and away ok. SS just foned he's on route for his sleeping bag. I will give him one of ours then he can fight with DS1 at Birmingham on who gets what cause DS1 has hopped off with his this morning. Don't think I'm going to like the 2 of them working together!
Off to stick a sicky wash in !

sorry to hear your DD is poorly, hope she feels better soon and no-one else gets it. hope the to workers get on together.

DS2 has just gone off to school, had to print off his drum lesson agreement that came in over night to keep his place on next years lessons, note on it said no shared lessons after first 2 yesras but as single lessons are more than double ive put a note in saying hope he can continue shared ones otherwise he will have to stop. note to self remind DS1 to ask friend he lent the cymbal stand to for it back hes had it about 6 months so my boys cant practice properly on our kit. (neigbours are probably grateful)
DS1 went cinema last night free tics to see the intership) it was full when he and his friend got there but instead of turning them away they were allowed to pick a film and see that free so they chose world war Z, will find out if it was any good when he surfaces.
martial arts tonight for us and DS1 is going to an open mic night at a local pub so hell need Dh to take and pick up either side of martial arts

saw friends sons Gf over weekend shes been abroad for treatment and did (everything crossed) look really well. shes away again next weekend for 2nd of four treatments. praying they work. still think its more of an extention than a cure:( but miracles can happen so positive thoughts for her

Thank you everyone for the extra posi vibes for DD2 and coping vibes for me.

DD2 got down from 25 a day to 3 a day in week 1, and from 3 a day to 0 in another 3 days...then she went to my Pharmacy round the corner (not the snippy one who peed her off) on Thursday for support and is currently doing patches.....and so far smoke free, although she is really really struggling, but self preservation is now a very great motivator for her :(

I keep telling her to count the cigarettes she has saved rather than dwell how long it has been since the last cigarette, so 125 cigarettes saved and counting....I have recommended the amount of money she saves from not smoking goes in a jar until she has enough for an hour's tattooing time to colour her dragon tattoo in.....I'm not a great fan of tattoo/body art, but if she is going to do it anyway, she can have a positive permanent reminder of her hard fought effort to quit everytime she saves up enough money.

DD2 has been at friend's house overnight, I have been stewing in my own juices since 4.30, so some flying has been done....(runs to find list )
The cold never bothered me anyway

    Morning All

What a miserable day here, wet & dreich! Posting from the paid stuff. My friend text me yesterday just as I was leaving work to ask if I wanted to walk round our local country park (both our other halves were doing a metafit class) so I went, took DS with me as DD had dog agility, poor wee soul was knackered, took us about 1.5 hours so I never got back home until around 8.15 by that time had to get organised for bed & stuff organised for work etc, nothing planned tonight so shall get stuck in, kitchen really isn’t too bad although the tops of my cupboards are almost flush with the ceiling so I won’t be doing that, can barely get ahand in the space so will do top shelves instead. I also arranged V1rg1n to be re-installded (mates rates) :money:as we wont have $ky as of next Friday, hated the $ky from the minute we got it in but DH thought it would be the dogs wotsits, but V1rg1n far superior in our opinions.

Piggers– So glad Moomin had a great first day & made a friend!

SkintyHugs for you, you have a lot on your plate just now, coping vibes for your poor DD x
BonnieI hope she sees sense eventually, sometimes people just don’t think before opening their mouths, that’s why I always tell DH not to mention DD’s little tummy or puppy fat, as I don’t want her to have an unhealthy attitude towards food like I did growing up. :o
CatHope you are ok, sound like you have been through a bit of crapola recently.
FFPHope your DD is better soon, nothing worse!!! Yuk

Wowsers, you are all busy :) I did about 3.5 hours of flying yesterday and have very little to show for it, the house was such a pigsty and definitely not helped by deciding to scrape off all the sealant in the kitchen - now I have to reseal today to add to my list!!

Anyway onwards... just checking in to keep myself on track although need to go and wake the baby from his nap so won't be flying for a while...

LOL.... we are in for a fun day..

    Squeak where are you?

    I'm hiding

    Are you being naughty?

    No!!

5 minutes later Dot came in to room again (she is running in and out like a nutter)

    Sister! Sister!

    What is she doing?

    Run...

Hhhmmm.. *sends OH to check on Squeak*

= mess, scribbles, and 'I'm not doing anything! I'm not cheeky at all!'

Is it too early to put them to bed for the night???

    Todays fun times..

    B&Q.. netting for climbing plants.
Halfords.. a cloth I am sure can be obtained cheaper elsewhere
Tile shop.. I absolutely will get this kitchen tiled if it means I don't eat for a month or 4!
Pets at Home .. fish food! And if they have a cheap run for the bun I'll have one of those too.. ours is dead.

Excellent .. the online banking is down.. gggrrrr..

And I might need an excuse to go for a root about in Dunelm too.. I like it in there.. :p

Car booked for fault light to be repaired before I have to sell it:o

Off for 'hopefully' the final appointment to finish off my root canal in a moment. Why does life always s**t on you from a great height all at once?

If I feel OK after the root canal I AM going to yoga tonight. I need some serious quiet time. As long as I can forget about 16th when I find out if I am going to jail. Fingers crossed the magistrate is in a reasonable mood. All that will do is cost the taxpayer money.

    Hugs and spoons to all.
