So I think yesterdays demotivation was actually tiredness after three sleepless nights! Not sure why I couldn't sleep, and i can't even blame the kids, but aynyway I got a great sleep last night.

I gave up on trying to go to the supermarket last night so will go with DS this afternoon before we pick up DD from school. I'm on a half day so will hopefully get the shopping done and won't need to venture near a supermarket over the weekend!

Got the form in to through the post to renew/change my passport - £76 odd!! :O That won't be getting done until after my July pay I don't think - thats extortionate!! I'll just change my name to my married name on all the free things first, that should give me a few weeks until payday.

Will be hopefully making the credit card payment today - think I will also use whats left from my shopping money towards it too. We usually budget £80 for food shopping so will try and keep that down and any "change" will just go to the card.

Can't wait to be free of this - there are so many things I think we COULD do with the money, but hey ho, the wedding was worth it!!

Will pop back on later on, and will probably do some totals too, think I need a signature!

    Thanks little pink purse!

I haven't been on for a few days, and yesterday was not a good day. I had so many plans for clearing out and tidying up and listing on selling sites - and none of it happened! Kids got up extrememly early which wasn't a great start to the day and then preceeded to be little horrors most of the day. Spent about 80% of the day screaming at them and 20% of it feeling back for doing it!!

So today we have managed to get up at a decent time, and have done a bit of cleaning and tidying and am feeling much more motivated!

I have listed a couple of veils I bought for the wedding on a wedding site, will also put them on to pre-loved once I have taken pictures. Have a cup cake stand as well, so will stick that on. Need to do the kids bedrooms, and my wardrobe, but that will be during the week possibly.

I sold a bundle of happyland things to someone so got £20 for that yesterday, which I will pay in to our joint account. It will eventually go to the card, but I am mindful that we have extra childcare this month so don't want to leave ourselves short and end up in a muddle. If we are okay with childcare when it comes to payday, I will pay the extra £20 off the card.

Have had a chat with OH this morning, and we earn a good enough wage that this really should not be a problem to pay off. I'm finding it easier this DF time around because he is much more on board, and is also keen to move house, so the quicker this is paid off the better.

Off to keep going, before I lose steam! Happy Sunday people!

Well not much to update but thought I would come on anyway. Think our motivation must have gone off together Little Miss because mine is gone again!

I don't know if its just me, or if its a having kids thing, but I seem to tidy one room, move on to the next and by the time I get stuck in the first room is back to being a disgusting mess again!! Its no wonder my motivation can't keep up!

Also feeling massively demotivated where money is concerned, as my childcare over the summer is costing a whooping £286 per week :( I know its only for over the summer, but with the car and mortgage payments etc it makes things quite difficult with kids wanting to do stuff all the time and having pretty much zero spare money. Its a double edged sword really, its the time of year that you want to have money for going out and about at weekends etc. Next year will be better, I should start saving now!

No updates to the card, will hopefully do that tomorrow as OH gets paid, although I will need to keep an eye on the joint account to make sure we have enough in there. The minimum has gone to the card this month, so if it gets really tight then that can go on the back burner, although I really don't want to do that!

Anyway, at work so better get on. Will try and update later.

Ha ha - glad to hear its not just mine! DD has just finished P1, and DS is 2.5 so have another 2 years before he goes to school. They just seem to encourage each other - full of myschief... and fun I suppose!!

Glad I've sold the bike, its given me a little boost to start properly selling again! I did it on a local fb site. I've sort of lost faith in ebay, I perhaps stupidly had sent a couple of items standard post that apparently didn't arrive. Tried claiming via Royal Mail who said on this occassion they wouldn't be reimbursing me the £40 for the dress that went missing in the post and gave me 6 x 1st Class stamps as compo! Meanwhile the buyer got her refund straight away from paypal. Disheartening, so I am trying to avoid the bay at the moment!!

Off to bed I think, I had an early night last night and this morning didn't feel like such a rush, I was a much more chilled mama!

    Talk tomorrow x

I'm a coke addict as well and it has to stop. Its definitely like a drug, starts off innocently the odd one here and there and before you know it you're going through 6 packs in a day and buying crates of the stuff. I'm dreading seeing the dentist now.

It really is bad! I have decided that cold turkey is not the way to go, so am slowly cutting back. Am down to 1 or 2 tins a day - but its definately addictive. If I feel a headache coming on, after a can of coke, I can feel it going away!

I hadn't been to the dentist since I was 13 until last year (I'm 31) and I needed 5 fillings.... probably mainly due to the ammount of sugary fizzy drinks I consume!!

    Nobody is perfect I suppose!
