where abouts in the UK are you? what street?
hard to judge otherwise:D0 -
Maybe one without showing the front door leading straight into it?I don't think the kitchen photo shows it off very well. Maybe a different angle would look better?Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endQuidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur0 -
Can you move that dirty mat in the kitchen ? It would also make the kitchen look bigger.
The garden could do with a mow and a bit of love also but apart from a de clutter beside tables etc the rest of your house looks lovely
Good luck
Ps you need to look at sold prices locally ..how does your compare to these0 -
Even from the front the house looks very small. The front door opens on to the kitchen and the ground-floor is all open plan. One small double and two single bedrooms aren't ideal. The garden is the size of a postage-stamp. Even your only viewer, a first-time buyer, decided the house was too small for him to live in on his own. It's in Derby.
On the plus-side it's very well presented and I suspect the quck price-drop after only two weeks on the market may have led to people wondering what's wrong with it. But only comparing your price with other similar properties in the same neighbourhood will tell you whether it's sensibly-priced or not.0 -
We are in Heanor Derbyshire, we are on a quiet cul de sac of 9 houses at the end of a newish estate.Cashback earned

Pigsback : £20 and a Beatles CD.0 -
In 2007 no3 only sold for £113k at the height of the property boom, I doubt very much prices have gone up since then sorry0

What are the sold prices for similar-sized properties on the rest of the estate?
Does the listing mention it being on a quiet cul-de-sac?0 -
Yeah it's the price, in my opinion.
too many comps..not enough time!0 -

Number 3 is a two bedroom mid town houses and is slightly smaller than our house but I understand where you are coming from.Cashback earned

The usual reason why a property is not eliciting any interest is as follows:
It's not presented well.
It's not being marketed properly.
It's the price.
Or a combination of all three. You choose. There are dozens of three bedroom houses on offer where you are for a whole heap less than what you're asking for. Maybe they're in much less desirable streets. I dunno but you will.0
