Dinner tonight is duck breast with sweet potato mash & roasted asparagus, followed by rhubarb crumble. Breakfast was porrige as usual and lunch was a working one (good for moneysaving as the sandwiches were provided - but had to work through).
Tonight it we are having cubed pork cooked in the slow cooker with carrots, stock, onions, leak, pepper, herbs, apple and cider (in fact anything I could lay my hands on or needed to use up!), served with mashed potato.
Hubbie put mix into breadmaker on timed this morning (after I left for work) so it looks like we may be having one of his latest bread experiments too (new breadmaker this weekend from April pin money challenge).Enjoying an MSE OS life0 -

I do a similar thing using tuna. Very filling.

All this talk of food is making me extremely hungry. Only 15 mins to go and then I can go home...except it then takes me over 1 hour to get there. I guess i will enjoy my dinner more...because I'm even more hungry. I also feel a microwaved treacle pudding coming on. And before anyone asks yes homemadeBaby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
