What else do people buy?
Stamps are a fantastic idea....
Last time I stocked up on toilet rolls and deodorant.. trying to keep away from treats in case the £5 wasn't credited to my account.
Oh, and I got a few sets of keys cut something I had put off doing for ages

last time 4 x local co-ops and 2 x clinton cards were on the list for me all selling gift cards for other retailers
they are not on the list this time though, but still plenty of options to maximise this offer across 3 cards
im hoping that the £5 for £5 november offer will be annual?0 -
"best thing is to try and find outlets that sell vouchers/stamps etc"
i like it. some good ideas. Stamps i can buy as a business expense, so tend to just use a business card. Gift Cards are an interesting one. i had a quick look last night & was mostly restaurants near to where i live. but yes...there must be ways to take advantage.
any other ideas?0 -
Can anyone clarify if this 10 limit is per card or per account?
For example, last time you could use all your supplementary cards in the same retailer to gain your £5.
So as I have 4 amex cards on the same account (all different card nos.) is it 10 x 4 transactions or 10 across the 4 cards?0 -
i know one retailer local that sells stamps and a shoe shop that we purchased gift vouchers from before for clarks shoes which we buy for the kids so £30 worth for £15. dominoes pizza are on there also so can get the 2 for tuesday deal for just over a fiver....... also there is a restaurant that is already 50% off with tastecard so £20 worth for £5 there.0

Thanks for this - good to see the local tobacconist on the list, can I use all transaction with the one retailer? From what I can tell it has to be 10x different retailers, there are only two more I use regularly which are the local thai and indian takeaways.
Pity I can't use all ten in one shop, I'd stock up on smokesCashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

has to be 10 diff retailers - although last time i had 3 co-ops close to me so could use each of those - if you have multiple cards then you can use the same retailer with each card.0
