Oh flower that is a shame you are feeling like that, do you know what, I've been so sensible all my life and not had a child as I haven't felt financially able to but if we wait for the lottery win we'll wait forever, and having a child is better than a lottery win anyway!
I'm stressed about money and all that too but it'll be alright, we need to try to relax
My problems have been lack of sleep, can't get a comfortable position and awful constipation! I've been off work for a week and day, 1st day back today.
Haven't got the mat B1 form yet and need to hand that to my boss by 4th Nov. Haven't quite worked out what I'm doing about maternity leave either, probably accounts for the sleepless nights!

Quick question to those who have just popped, did the hospital supply nappies? I'm sure they did last time, it's just my little suitcase it jam packed!! And it's another thing not to have to take in.
I think it was maternity pads, bed pads & nappies they gave out whenever I asked?:j - DS - 7

Flower Huge hugs. We have been working hard to save for maternity leave and to organise our finances and it is hard going and a constant niggle. What I do know is that our baby will be loved and treasured by everyone and that we will some how (through hard work) get by.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

My hospital didn't when I had DS two years ago, we had to take our own in along with maternity pads.
Thank you for the kind words everyoneI know in a way I am being silly, we have cut back where we can and at the minute is just a case of chipping away at the debts. Our children will never go without the things they need but sometimes you cant help but wish you could give them more! One thing my mum has always drummed into me though is that if you wait til you can afford to have children you will never have them.

Fingers crossed COMP!!
My thoughts are it's the time that you spend with them that will matter most and will ultimately be what they remember so even when my purse strings have been pulled so tight they've snapped and my purse is nowhere to be seen... everything will work out.
I have jelly beans, I'm feeling a lot brighter now.0 -
