Good grief TMD ... what appliances do you have?

We have 3 freezers, 1 fridge, TD, 2 WMs, 2x electric ovens DW, 2 PCs,4 laptops, TV&xbox, a couple of lights which are on 24/7, on top of kettles, phone chargers, and stuff that is on periodically.. MW/hair dryers etc... most of which are on all day every day and mine is a few quid either way of £100 a month... and the shower which is seemingly in use from 6-10pm

    What's bitten you Dusty?

Not sure, I am pretty sure it was a cricket on Tuesday night. I react badly to such things (my late father did too) so bite on calf, swelling as far as ankle (can't see the bone) and almost around the the skin on the sides, bright red area which is hot the size of your palm. I think it has peaked now. The walking has not helped it, ice does reduce the pain. It will get better though and compared to my friend's situation I feel silly for even being remotely troubled by it :(

WM1 on the maiden and WM2 in progress. Kitchen almost tidy. Had a bit of a tidy up in the bedroom. Building work is progressing well but more mess tomorrow as one of the old lathe and paster ceilings needs to come down

I need to check the bank accounts and move money around as the builder will have to be paid next week.

I want tomorrow to be over...

I need to ring school at 8:30 to see why DS3 has not been allocated a bus space for the trip I paid for weeks ago.. which I just know will result in dropping Tiddles at school.. going to his school, sorting that out and collecting DD2's prom ticket.. I have a feeling they are going to say 'we didn't get the forms back' for his trip.. which they did because he forgot them and I took them in :p .. Then I have a nail/eyebrow appointment with DD2 at 9am for her prom etc. My sister is coming to do her slap about 2, I have nursery home visit at 2:30ish, I need to collect Tiddles at 3:15, Moomin at 4:15 is and get DD2 to her hair appointment at 4pm and dressed and to school by 5pm.. The 2 going on the trip need collecting at 5pm, Tiddles has the school disco at 6:30 and has to collect her new specs befote 5pm, DD3 is at god squad at 7pm and at some point in between KH is supposedly collecting some of them for the weekend..

I think I might meet myself coming back a few times.. I'm not even sure what I can delegate, if anything!

Don't be sorry, sounds very yeowch :o

Kids in bed but DD is still singing :p this is what happens when she has a nap  still at least she has been more pleasant this afternoon.

Car insurance sorted, kitchen sorted, found a pot for the begonia my littlies chose for me at the sm, called about swimming lesson time and read bedtime stories :D

Am now snaffling some "billionaire dynamite" ice cream mmmm

Need to find my diary and plan my spa treatments in before my hols! And the MOT.

TMD  £600 a month??? That's nuts! Do you take readings? It's definitely for one property? You don't have a joint supply that's gone pearshaped? Start taking readings, daily if poss and ask them if the do smartmeters. They can't leave a bill like that uninvestigated.

You did a great thing LameWolf! But I'm sorry, I did :rotfl: at this :o

I am so distracted by Wimbledon grigor dimitrov Stuff is being done but I'm not concentrating. And with Laura Robson & Andy Murray playing tomorrow... I MUST fly like the wind in the morning.

Washing done, out on the line & in again just before the drizzzle. Two pegs broke. DD did the DW while I sourced food (chippy). I am so lazy.

I pay £76 per month for gas & elec in a 3-bed mid terrace. We have no central heating but old !!!!py double glazing. A laptop and phone each for 3 of us. No TV but X-box/DVD player. Hot water is on constantly as I have been known to stamp my feet and cry on encountering a tepid bath

    ** SPECIAL 10 **

Please check in by the end of June with an update. Gold/silver/bronze stars will be awarded as appropriate.
