The house is really getting to me just now I think that iswhy I find it hard to do anything most rooms want decorating I hate my kitchenwe defiantly need a new sofa and when my daughter got her house I let her takeall the things from her bedroom so need all new for that room before oldest daughtermoves home. But like most people money is tight just now so never anything sparesto do any of it. If I can get everything clean and organised it might not seemas bad.

So tomorrow, my baby girl will be the same age that DS was when DH died. If that makes sense. When I look at her, I can't see how on earth I could explain what I did, to a child so young. I can't remember if he was as vocal as her, if he seemed more grown up or not. I don't know how to talk to her about it :( That's why I feel off today, I think. That and the birthday thing. DS asked what cake I'm having.
    Somebody shake me

Reading that made me realisehow lucky I ham both my girls are fit and healthy. I lost a brother and asister within two years about four years ago they were grown up with children of their Owenbut I sow what it did to my mum she has never been the same sins it happened. Losinga child as to be the worst thing that could happen to anyone. My thoughts arewith you.

Tesco delivery all away.. I got all carried away and deiced the fridge and cleaned it all out.. the ice was in 3 bits.. the lower bit took lots of chipping then the 2 top bits came out in just the 2 chunks.. so my fridge is all empty and deiced and clean and shiny now :D

2 more lots of laundry out and 2 more loads done. I need to wipe the table and get all the dry stuff folded.. there is a huge pile!

OH bossed to load the DW but it appears it is too much like work so I'll go do that now which will really irritate him lol.. He had a strop because I wouldn't let him do the ice!

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear about your brother and sister (hug), both my kiddies are fit and well too, it was their daddy we lost. But you are right, my parents-in-law have not been the same either - they are an amazing support to me, but are broken inside, really :(

DD was easily persuaded into nap - and still asleep now, DS has watched a DVD and I've done... Nothing. Oops.

Oh, but before shopping I did empty fridge and wipe out with antibac as something was whiffy in there  then emptied bin. As something whiffy ended up in there. Yuk.

    What's bitten you Dusty?

Kids are <whispers> playing nicely <shhhh> so just finishing my cuppa. WM is on but it's raining here. Glad I did the lawn this morning, although the LM is still out (I have covered the top bit with the cables) as the grass had been damp and was all stuck to it. So wanted it to dry a little before I brushed it down
Well I will have to leave it till tomorrow and hope it dries out. Never mind.

Tax credit papers are back - only took 10 days! And for once it looks like all is correct, and the payment amounts look right too! Hurrah! Still, I will have to call them in a month as DS goes into holiday club so its cheaper than nursery (:T)

Right, as my paperwork is on the agenda, I'm off to purchase some new car insurance!

  • Just checking in for the first time today.

{{HUGS}} for Dusty and all those around you.

The only thing I've done here is make a chicken and mushroom pie with DD for our tea using the chicken leftovers - very OS! :money:

Me and OH have gone through my lines before another Theatre Club rehearsal tonight. This time next week I will be papping myself - first night!!!!!

I'm going to do HHAdmin if anyone is free to join me? My electricity bill has gone from £200 per month to almost £500 this month and it was almost £600 the month before - something isn't right somewhere, but it cannot continue - that's about £6k a year on electricity!!!!! I wouldn't mind, but I haven't used the TD for 6 weeks as I have put up extra washing lines - I have 8 now, designed and placed specificially for all weathers, and all the electric heaters haven't been plugged in for 2 months either. I'm baffled :(

That is a huge bill, I pay £54.00 per month and that is for gas and electric. You will definitely have to look into that
