What a knackering day.
All rooms cleaned, polish, hoovers and tidied. Kitchen and bathroom steam mopped. Clothes washed and hung out side. Decluttered 6 of my de-clutter areas. Didn't get chance to start sorting through the paperwork but I could do that tomorrow.
I hope everyone else if having a productive day. I am off to get ready to pop out for a couple of drinks with my £10 budget and am looking forward to a long walk and pub lunch tomorrow with my besties.
DDs went off with SIL at about 5.30 and are going to the beach and arcades before going back for home made pizzas and then tomorow they are popping to Exeter to see their great Nanny. So they are having a good time. Hubby has rung to say he has played bowling today, had a bbq and is now about to run around the countryside playing laser tag!

Gosh what a productive day. You are Mummy of the year compared to me. We had a pj day (at my children's request) & have done NOTHING (which has of couse just made more work for me in the forthcoming days!) .
Loving the sound of Sherman, have you read Esio Trot by Roald Dahl? I'd love to hear more about your course, keep us posted.

Morning all....this is my 2000th MSE post
Only 1 day until I am loan free!! :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T
Had a lovely night out catching up with my old work colleague. Our old boss was in the pub at the same time so it was a real reunion. My ex-boss bough us two drinks, my colleague bought one and I bought a round. (2 smirnoff ices and 2 J20s!) So I had a budget of £10 and I spend..........................drumroll..........................£10.30 :rotfl: Not bad going.
Other spends yesterday - £1.60 on Warrens sausage rolls (this shop flooded 8 months ago and has only just re-opened so we went in support), £4.67 on ibruprofen and shoe inserts for my boots and £10 given to the kids towards the arcade.
SS- Mummy of the year...i think not! I just had my cleaning head on. Having a day of doing nothing is very much needed sometimes!
I love Esio Tro, I keep meaning to read it with DD2!
To is peeing down with rain and I am meant to go for this long countryside walk followed by a pub sunday lunch. However my wellies are in the shed and hubby has the key in wales!! Oh and my waterproof coat is at my office!!! Not a great start! I'll have to think of something!
I have an hours and a half until we have to go so I am going to catch up on diaries and then de-clutter our paperwork boxes and big pens box that accumulates all the kids hair ties etc!
