morning all
love everyones updates, youve all been so busy and the photos look fantastic!
nmm, i like watching the hoarder programmes as well, makes be feel better about my stash.
talking of which i added to the mag stash at the weekend, nipped in a charity shop and saw two binders full of XS magazines of various types with £1.50 labels on, i asked if that was for the whole binder and she said yes so i said id take them both, she then said did i wnat some more as the lady whod just dropped them off had also brought loose mags in but they didnt know what to do with them. she brough about 20 more mags from the back and said would an extra 50p be ok for these?. so i got the lot for £3.50 couldnt believe my luck some even have the cover kits on.
i started making a biscornu from one of them ive never attempted those before.SPC~12 ot 124

Totally off topic but is anyone else fascinated by hoarder shows, I love "watching" them whilst stitching and it always makes me feel grateful my house isn't that bad
I was catching up with the hoarder next door, the lady with the rabbits was on and I glanced across at my little zoo forming and thought oh oh :rotfl:
Any time I get the urge to deep clean our home, I'll watch an episode. Keeps me in check.
We have two little bunnies at the moment, but DH now wants guinea piggies soon (I told him they are for after we have at least one kid!). Still better than the farm I used to own back in the States! Tons of chickens, ducks, guinea fowl, rabbits, rodents, you name it! Only two cats indoors along with a few reptiles back then though. Since I've 'been there done that' with the zoo, I definitely don't want the responsibility of feeding and cleaning that much again!
Update on where I got to on the grey bunny as of last night (I'll be working more on it today after chores are finished):

Fab bargain Mrs MP, the cover kits alone are worth the £3.50.
Emily, lovely update, not much to go now?
Mrs T-M, the bunny is cute, if you lived on a farm I think the animals are acceptable. We currently have 2 dogs, 2 ferrets, 2 mice, a Emperor Scorpion and a Salmon Pink Birdeater Spider  Not to mention the crickets for there food too :rotfl: We have decided though no more pets for a while after this lot are gone, time for some holidays I think, not that I wish them dead or anything

I really do need to throw myself into projects, something other than painting the nursery like I had planned to do this week. After loosing the baby back in January, I thought that I had unsubscribed from everything, but lo and behold, an e-mail came through this morning saying 'not long to go!' Wish I could tell them where to stick it for making me feel horrid. Everyone who I know who is actually pregnant or has a new(ish) born, I'm really happy for, but I can't help but feel that it should be me getting ready to have a baby in two months and I don't get that chance now.
Might even pull out the tiger cross stitch I started last summer and try to work on it now that I can see how to do it. It's on very dark navy aida and I can't see how to stitch on it during the winter months!0 -
Big hugs Mrs T-M, if its sunny where you are, try stitching the tiger outside. Hope you're feeling better soon.Cross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0

It is, and I have let the two bunnies out in the back garden to play. I'll probably drag a chair out there eventually to stitch, but I have no table/place to sit things outside. Might clear off my tiny computer desk and roll it out back to use.0 -
hugs mrsTM, go and have a break in the garden with your stitching.SPC~12 ot 124
