Louise - hope things are a bit better for you and you'll be home soon.

MrsTM - I'm so sorry to hear your sad news. I know it wont help at the moment but you are amongst friends here who know what you are going through so if you ever want to "talk" please don't feel guilty for doing so.

Tricksie - Jack is lovely and your Poppy design is great. Looking forward to seeing your progress.

BEG - here's a link for some knitted cushion covers

    Link for BEG.

Will come on later and do a proper catch up. I didn't post my update of Henry yesterday as I was close to finishing one of his wives. I managed to complete 2 last week. Now only have Catherine Parr to finish but she is the one with the largest dress and the most intricate pattern so lkkely to take me a couple of weeks.

I just think it's brilliant, you could be describing me! Not good before my 1st cup of coffee.
More of a night owl, firing on all systems at midnight, alot of stitching gets done then.
    Nnm
    She just gets more gorgeous.

I am sure you will make a grand cushion with your lovely little cub.
    Happy stitching

Very funny - I needed a laugh today. Feel really down and don't know why. Found myself siting and crying at lunch time. Need to snap myself out of it.

tricksie - I love it, it's from that Russian range I think ? How long do you think it will take you to finish ?

I think it will be a while. I'm in Broadstairs this weekend for the Blues Bash so no stitching time at all :(

Next week DH is on 2-10 so I get a lot done when I get home from work :)

Less than three weeks until holiday so maybe half done by then :o
lovely pictures from everyone as always just popped on quickly to show everyone this

  • family tree looks fantastic your DH has done a brilliant job with the framing.
will have a look for cushion patterns for you

ravelry have 1000's of free patterns and lots of lovely cushions, i think you have to register if you want to see the patterns yourself but its free and doesn't ask for personal details. if you dont want to join and cant see the patterns without joining tell me roughly what type of cushion you would like and ill look for you
    ravelry.com
most are free but some you have to buy.

Had a very quick look at Ravelry and I bet there are many hours can be spent just browsing. Better not go back on until I know I can spare the time. Thank you. :D
