Just looking at the mse flickr page and Tricksie, I love the Christmas kitty cushions, in a strange twist of fate I was going to stitch that chart for your exchange piece, however I chose the other cat chart as I felt I needed evenweave for the kitty, i'm so glad I didCross Stitch Cafe Member No1WIP: Cross Stitch: - Crochet:0

Really beautiful
Who is getting the chart next?
If there's an orderly queue could I join it pleaseas I'd love to stitch it for next Christmas
Am picking up 3 pieces from the framers tomorrow - very exciting0 -
Kez - your rose is coming along nicely. How many more squares do you need to do?
Coxy - I love that tree, was the pattern from a magazine? I wouldn't mind adding it to my list of "to do's"if it's from a magazine I can get hold of (or may already have).
FOS - I failed at the 10.11.12 to 11.12.13 piece as well but gave up a few weeks ago when I knew I wasn't going to make it and was feeling really stressed. Realised the date yesterday and started the lovely little snowman that I have linked to on Pinterest. It's one someone else on the forum has stiched as well. I have a bit of white left to do and the backstitching so I'll definately manage to finish and date it tomorrow. Off to finish the white now.
The spool Christmas tree design is by Sue Hilllis http://www.suehillisdesigns.net/Christmas-Spool-Tree-pluL184.html
She also designed the snowman that you just finished and the Stitcher's 12 days that was the project I hoped to finish today
I love her designs. This is one I stitched years ago which comes out every December

FOS - this designs lovely as well. How far off finishing the 12 days of Christmas are you?
I've been on her site and now have several designs added to my "to do" list, including the Spool Christmas Tree and the Pairs Christmas Tree. Her patterns are hard to get here, I know Sewandso sell them but I'm going to be good - I've just joined the "stash busting" forum on here and said I'll try to make 50 things before buying more stuff. Having said that I'm going to keep an eye out on ebay.
Warning moan alert - fed up of not sleeping well and waking up at stupid times feeling yuk. Didn't manage to grt tk sleep until gone 12, despite being in bed at 10 and have been awake since just before 5. Have a cold so hopefully once its gone I'll stsrt sleeping better.Cross Stitch Cafe Member #59 :j

You are justified in moaning. Sleep deprivation is horrid. Hope it is just your cold causing it as that should clear in a few days
Must check out the stash busting forum
If you do "need" to buy a Sue Hillis design I can recommend this site. http://www.artsanddesigns.com/cgi-bin/makeGallery.pl?category=&searchphrase=Sue%20Hillis%20&st=any

I'm about 2/3 done on Stitcher's 12 days. I knew really in the summer that it would be unlikely I would finish it this year as I had so many other things to finish that had real deadlines such as weddings, birthdays etc. it will get finished though as I really enjoyed stitching it and know I will love the final piece0 -
Was the night before Christmas a pattern or a whole kit? I love it but would need it in kit form.
I wondered if anyone could give me some advice please. I made this from a kit years ago, it came with a metal hanger to hang it with and I completed the cross stitch but don't know how to finish it. I cut around it but it just frays and it's too wide. I don't know how to attach to the hanger either, do I just add some thread loops? Here's a pic
Also it needs a good iron, are you meant to iron it from the back?mi can't remember if you use towels when ironing or just use a gentle heat.
Thank you for any adviceBest wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card

Vikki, what a cute banner
I found it for sale clicky and it shows it hanging by thread loops and there should be a tassel also? You don't happen to have the instructions still do you as it says how to complete it there. To stop it fraying, I would try to hem it so to speak and sew it through the back of the stitching. Hopefully someone who has done one may shed some light, its the mini banners range by dimensions if it helps.
