  • This is the lovely decoration I have received from m-o-s. I have got it onto FlickR but haven't managed to get it into the Christmas 2013 bit. Will study this bit later :o. Out all day so wont be back here until late tonight.

  • Looking at all the exchanges i am completely torn over to whether to join next year. They look amazing, and i would love to receive one, but i worry that what i did would not be good enough. Still, a year ahead i may be far more expert than i am now.

ems please dont think any of us would be unkind about anyones work, we all know how much goes into stitching even the simplest item so if you want to join go ahead.

heres my christmas card to all of you

  • I had a mega busy weekend and am out on business this week with very limited internet access so apologies for not responding to individual posts.

Loving all the updates and the Christmas exchange pieces are stunning.

I mailed mine yesterday morning so it should arrive today. I did take a photo but haven't uploaded it yet.

Will do a tally later in the week of what has been sent, arrived and still outstanding (hopefully none).
  • Wow! You've all been so busy! Shame I missed out on the Christmas exchange thing this time around. Maybe I'll still be around for next year's one?

I keep forgetting to post a picture of my progress so far on one of the small squares for the Heirloom Quilt. It's going slowly, which is driving me potty. Trying to be good and if I catch myself on Pinterest to pick up my stitching instead!

Have just purchased this for my friend's 50th Birthday next year, hoping to get the small heirloom square completed so that I can get on with this, as I'm getting married in August, so want to have it completed as soon as possible, so that it's not mingled in with the stress of organising the wedding:

    Hope you are all well?
  • Finally got round to taking a pic of the pirate ship - i'mm really pleased with it
