  • Well, I finally managed to pluck up the courage to finish off my Dad's Christmas stocking, I had been putting it off all week and panicking that if I messed this bit up I had wasted all that time and effort on a sock! :rotfl:

Here are the pictures, I did the inside of the stocking in red so that I contrasted with all the other colours, I found it quite difficult to find a fabric that I thought went with it as it has soooooo many different colours in it.

    Afternoon everyone

m_o_s love the stocking, really unusual design.

I posted my exchange piece today by 1st class, hope it gets there safely :(

Still working on 1st page of elvis, have done about half. Been thinking that as its nearly end of week 2, at this rate I wont have it done by April. But hoping once I get past the lettering there may be some block stitching so I can catch up on some time.

If not I'm going to have made a early start on next years xmas presents! :rotfl:

Still no stitching for mef as I am still reading Philomena (about a third of the way through now).

Got a couple of cards to make up before I start the dreaded task of writing them all. Haven't stitched as many cards this year as I just ran out of time.

    Have a lovely weekend everyone
