PRINCESS....Its usually when we all get in our 40 s that lots of people need reading glasses , me included when I was 42 .....................Glad you did benefit from the counselling sessions .......

KEZLOU....I dont eat a lot of fish, Im not keen on the smell of it, I know its good for you and all that , but its not for me.......

Since ive given up caffeine 2 weeks ago im so much better, ive also given up diet coke , but now buy caffeine free diet coke and decaf tea bags...................Ive got no water works trouble at all, I cant believe ive been drinking so much tea and coke in the past ..........And it caused so much problems with my bladder , :eek:without going into a lot of detail, I think alot of you ladies on here probaly no what I mean...................
