Pops I have a little PMT thing going on at the mo would you like me to go and chat to them for you
Hubby is away visiting some family and I would have been so glad for the peace (he has had a breakdown this year) however I'm so tired I haven't done a thing.

PIC - you needed the break and you got it, doesnt matter you did nothing, sometimes doing nothing is just the most important thing you can do0

Thanks for the continued support, suggestions and ideas whilst sorting out many matters yourself. I disappeared to try and have something to eat...still have to do such things...Going to take to my bed and rest a while. It will be warmer there.
I can use the laptop, listen to the radio and...look at some cook books I treated myself to today(a new discount book store has opened in Darlington:))I'm glad as the last one closed earlier in the year.
When all was well...in Durham I purchased some cutters(stars/squares)for making biscuits. And some bags that keep bread and vegetables/fruit fresher longer.
Still going to go out tomorrow night and have a game of bingo and try and win the quiz.
Oh and we've some bad weather moving up country, there was an almighty clap of thunder not that long ago."A government afraid of its citizens is a Democracy. Citizens afraid of government is tyranny!" ~Thomas Jefferson

Pops , we have had 'wrath of god' weather this afternoon. I seriously have never seen rain like that ever! and thunder, lightning, weird warm wind creepy stuff.
Then the sun came out bright as a July day and a massive rainbow, then all dark again.
It was really most odd .0 -

sq thats exactly what i'm doing taking everything one step at a time. I honestly can't do anything else, i've advised my friend to do the same as shes going the same thing emotionally, psychologically etc
kidcat hope you can get some sleep soon. what a pr!ck your OHis, saying that something my OH would do :mad:nice wheels though
pops you have nothing to worry about, take in letters / notes off water board and your shocking neighbours and show it to the council.
I and the little men have had a lovely day catching up with LA and MH.
OH dropped us off at LA's house and we sat, laughed and chatted like the fruits we are. Told LA about the bank situation and things and she's offered to come with me to try and sort things out. I arrived and found out she pulled a muscle. Poor thing was in absolute agony and could barely move. So i forced her to sit down while i made her lots of cuppas and filled hot water bottles. But she's like me and refuses to sit still, her hubby was howling at me when i gave her the look whenever she tried to pick things up. Apparently we have the same sit down look :rotfl::rotfl:
I scared the carp out of myself by confusing a giant piece of fluff for a spider. I swear it had longs, honestly it moved by itself.
Then we visited MM for her little boys birthday party, it was really nice and all the kids really enjoyed themselves. Had a laugh with MM and met her friends from where she used to live and they were so nice.
Stayed for a couple of hours the whole time LA was they she was wavering all over and you could we both had had our meds :rotfl: MM was laughing at us, she had her meds to so it was like trippy dippys on a mad one making all the kids laugh and playing games.
On the way back to LA's it started lightening, massive streaks of forks across the sky, it was amazing. Just as we got to LA's house it started lashing it down, but the storm was breathtaking.
DS2 and LA's daughter were both freaking so i distracted them by saying oh look at the stars and things. They both don't like the dark and DS2 hates the feel of the rain on his heads. He says like like bombs hitting him.
LA then made us all briskets buns, i'm so going to have to have a go at making them. They are so moreish served with stuffing and gravy hmmmm
I then had LA and her hubby saying thank you to me, didn't know why till they bith said that i had put they daughter so at ease during the walk home. So we had more laughs. Just as we were about to go LA's hubby insisted on giving us half a giant hm chocolate cake covered with ganache. Its soooo nice, my OH who can't stand that type of cake ate a huge chunk of it.
OH then picked us, complained he had a boring day at home, in my defence we had invited him along but he didn't fancy it. Instead he played on some games.
Came back and chilled out in front of the tv.
So today i haven't spent a penny, and it was so relaxing that i was able to be myself and act like the fruit loop i am. the boys were also able to relax as LA's children have additional needs and luckily her children feel the same way. Its strange but our kids know they can relax in each of our houses. The kids have already made plans for Halloween and christmas! Myself and LA only found out at 8pm today hahaha
Oh and we've been invited to theys on boxing day and we are required to eat strawberrys and chocolate0 -

Morning GlitterKitty! Nice to meet you, and welcome to the thread!
We had a big storm here as well, although I think there was more storm than rain really. I love storms like that. Unfortunately it looks like we'll get rained on this morning when we go for the shop--I don't imagine I'll enjoy that at all!
Kidcatwell done for standing up for yourself and your children. You should get sleep when you can, even at the expense of your OH. Eventually he might start to notice that you aren't at his beck and call any more and when he notices that he might start to wonder why. Perhaps then he will be more prepared to listen.
Kezlou That sounds like such a nice day! And what a lovely invitation for boxing day.
Pops How are you holding up? I know it is so hard to wait for a resolution on something like this. I do think they are intentionally trying to intimidate you. It might be worth reporting their behaviour to the council as it is. Explain you are feeling bullied, that they are trespassing and trying to intimidate you. Point out that not only is there no chance you are responsible for what they are accusing you of, but that they have sent you threatening letters, trespassed on your property and generally harassing you by not going through the proper channels. The council may not have much they can do initially, but if the behaviour continues or gets worse it is the council's job to ensure that you don't feel intimidated in your own home via someone who is intentionally bullying you.0
